Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest standards of corporate governance, ensuring compliance with Company's policies, laws, regulations, and industry practices

• Place Quality, Health & Safety, Security, and Environmental protection as core values

• Participate in daily operations, safety meetings, job planning, and equipment maintenance

• Monitor and analyze data to recommend services and solutions

• Perform job execution, data entry, and client invoicing within acceptable timeframes

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure repeat business

• Effectively manage inventory and supplies required at the well site

• Contribute to equipment failure investigations and Root Cause Analysis reports

• Oversee, lead, and mentor Field Operation crew members (for intermediate and senior roles)

• Perform engineering checks, calculations, and computations on client locations (for intermediate and senior roles)

• Manage the installation of complex equipment and services in the field (for senior roles)

Requirements

• 0 - 1 year of experience in the Oil & Gas industry

• High School Diploma Or GED

• Fundamentals of Mechanics, Electricity, Electronics, Pneumatics, and/or Hydraulics

• Knowledge of Mathematics, Basic and Computer fundamentals

• Critical thinking, active learning, listening, complex problem-solving skills

• Good reading, writing, judgment, and decision-making abilities

• Time management and Quality Control Analysis skills

• Service Orientation mindset

• Physical capability to undertake the tasks required for the role

• Ability to identify and solve problems, react effectively, and visualize assembly/repair processes

Preferences

• Technical Certificate from an accredited Technical/Vocational School
