Your Role:

An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join the company as a Jaffrey Manufacturing Finance Business Partner, you will steer data-driven decisions and drive financial results while supporting a high-growth manufacturing site within our network. You will ensure costs are well managed and support the end goal of delivering on our growth strategy while aligning with internal controls. The role provides leadership to our shared accounting service organization and complements their work with local accounting entries. You will maintain a wide array of financial analytics, including output performance, compensation analysis, variance analysis, budget vs. actuals, and efficiency performance. This role will give you the opportunity to analyze financial data and communicate key messages to steer site leadership and influence results. You will utilize data visualization tools, inventory systems, and ERP systems to effectively execute your responsibilities.

Location: This position can be located with flexible working in Jaffrey, NH, Danvers MA, or Burlington, MA

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years of experience or a master's degree with 3-6 years of experience.
• 3-5+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Self-starter and autonomous individual who can drive solutions on a wide array of challenging topics.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
• Experience in supporting financial evaluations, discounted cash flow, and CapEx investment business cases.
• Financial process improvement mindset.
• Executive-level communication skills.
• Expertise in manufacturing finance, cost accounting, and strong business partnering.
• Ability to analyze and interpret extensive datasets to derive meaningful insights.
• Integration of quantitative and qualitative data for comprehensive evaluations.
• Utilization of statistical tools and methodologies to validate findings.
• Proficient in establishing and managing standard costing systems.
• Experience in analyzing variances between standard and actual costs.
• Ability to develop cost control measures to enhance operational efficiency.
• Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial forecasting.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align cost management strategies with business goals.
• Proficiency in Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.
• Experience with Business Objects (Oracle) for reporting and data visualization.
• Familiarity with inventory systems for tracking and analyzing stock levels and costs.
• Utilization of ERP systems for accurate cost tracking and reporting.
