RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client, a global manufacturer of consumer goods and products located ina state of the art facility in Stamford, CT, is seeking Finance Manager - E Commerce. This client offers an amazing benefit package and a hybrid work schedule.Summary:This company is adding to their team with a newly created role for a Global Ecommerce Finance Manager. The Manager, Global E-Commerce Finance will work closely with and support the E-commerce Finance Director in driving the financial performance and strategic direction of the company's global e-commerce business, with specific focus on Amazon and direct to consumer platforms.REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or e-commerce finance, preferably in a global organization
- Strong financial modeling, data analysis, and forecasting skills
- Experience in financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Advanced Excel skills
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast- paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
