Duties: Primary function of this position is to support the Director of Fiscal Operations and Cardiology/CVI Grants Managers (GM). Runs monthly reports on CVI and Commonwealth and reconciles these accounts which includes providing back-up for all charges, handling waywards, closing-out purchase orders, addressing open encumbrances, communication with Director of Fiscal Operations if any concerns about accounts. Reconciles gift and endowment accounts & communicates any variances or issues concerning these accounts to Director of Fiscal Operations . Supports GM by running monthly reports on research grants for multiple faculty members and reconciles accounts in timely manner. Assists with helping the Division remain compliant with University and federal polices when this applies

Qualifications: A High School Diploma or GED and 5 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
