Job Description:
Meal preparation of the evening meal for female youth (ages 14-19) at YRTC-Hastings, meal service, preparing daily snacks, completing daily production records, and all required paper work. Ensuring food service safety and sanitation practices are met, including proper food storage, cleanliness of food services areas, and proper hygiene practices.
Completing all required food service training.

Requirements / Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications: Coursework, training and/or experience in food preparation, baking and/or kitchen operations in the food service industry or related field.

Other: Must have a valid driver's license. Must be 21 years of age.

Work schedule will be 11:00a.m. to 7:00p.m. Sunday through Thursday
