Global Director of Revenue

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Our Kforce client, a leading market driven technology company located in Pittsburgh, PA is looking to hire a Global Director of Revenue to join their growing team. The client offers a full benefits package, self-managed PTO policy, great culture, and an onsite cafe. This position will be hybrid, 4 days in office and one day remote.Duties:
  • Strategic planning - develop and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy aligned with the organization's overall business goals
  • Revenue management - oversee pricing strategies, margin optimization, monitor revenue performance with a global
  • Global Director of Revenue will manage month end close process ensuring completeness and accuracy of revenue and revenue related accounts for both internal and external reporting, including the review of journal entries and account reconciliations
  • Oversee review of contracts to ensure revenue recognition in accordance with US GAAP
  • Partner with finance teams to assist with revenue forecasting
  • Collaborate with finance and operation teams to ensure cohesive execution of revenue strategies
  • Work closely with the finance team to develop budgets, forecasts and financial models that support revenue growth initiatives
  • As a Global Director of Revenue, you will conduct regular market analysis to identify trends
  • Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making and improve revenue performance
  • Prepare and present regular reports on revenue performance


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • CPA, CA, CIA, CMA designation a plus
  • 10+ years of working experience with revenue accounting management, excellent technical accounting background
  • Proficiency with RevStream, Alteryx, Agiloft CMS, Blackline and/or Power BI is preferred
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a public accounting environment within a global manufacturing environment
  • Ability to stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continually innovate and improve revenue processes


The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
