Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a Senior Grading Foreman for a 30 year old large-scale construction company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully moving 10k-30k yards of material per day and possess strong skills in reading plans and demo experience.

30 year old construction company with a diverse client base. They have 26 million in projects on the books for this year focused on c onstruction management, general contracting, turnkey site development and grading projects in San Diego and Riverside County only.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage and execute grading tasks on a large scale, moving 10k-30k yards of material daily.
- Interpret and work from construction plans to ensure accurate grading and alignment with project specifications.
- Oversee demolition tasks as required, ensuring safety and compliance with all regulations.
- Coordinate with team members and other contractors to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain high standards of quality and safety throughout all phases of the grading process.
Requirements
- Proven experience in grading on large-scale projects.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans accurately.
- Demonstrated experience in demolition work.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
