Responsibilities and Duties

• Management and Scheduling software efficiently and accurately.
• Communicate details effectively across customers, Technicians leadership, and administrative staff.
• Proactively manage appointment changes, cancellations, and reschedulings, minimizing disruptions and optimizing production.
• Collaborate effectively across departments and staff to maintain strict attention to detail and follow established procedures.
• Provide administrative support to Technicians, including answering scheduling-related questions.
• Ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Run accurate and timely departmental reports, which require basic computational skills.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while remaining organized and calm.
• Demonstrate kindness, courtesy, and patience in all interactions, even in challenging situations.
• Answer emails and other written communication in a timely manner
• Accurately inputting client information into the company database
• Adhering to and implementing company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Excellent written/verbal communication
• Excellent organization and planning
• Exceptional project and personnel management skills
• CRM experience is a plus
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
• Spanish and English fluency required
• 1-2 years of experience
