Location: Malvern, PA
Salary: 23p/h
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Help Desk Analyst:
This role will be a long term contract to about 3 years and will be 100% onsite

This job will have the following responsibilities:

  • Handling 30+ calls per day, ticketing and logging IT responses
  • Escalating to proper authorities through ticketing system
  • Maintaining a high level of customer service
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • 6+ month with customer service through phone support
  • Preferred education within IT area (BA or BS)
  • ServiceNow experience is a plus
