The Hiring & Assessment Specialist will play an essential part in assessing and identifying the right people who can thrive and contribute to our growing team's success. This position will NOT involve any candidate sourcing or searching, as it requires a considerably different skill set than traditional hiring and recruiting roles.

As a Hiring & Assessment Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our hiring process, helping find top-tier talent. Highlights of the role:

  • Assess and Identify Potential: Evaluate candidates through assessments, phone screens, and video interviews to understand abilities, potential for success, and how they align with our values and culture.
  • Partner with leadership: Collaborate closely with senior leaders to enhance hiring and recruitment strategies, improving the way we find and hire the best people for various roles.
  • Shape the process: Implement innovative ways to streamline and systematize our hiring process, ensuring we continue to attract high-caliber candidates.

This position offers an annual salary ranging from $60,000 to $90,000, based on experience and the expected value you bring to our team. Additional bonuses may also be available when companywide production goals are achieved.

Your Mission: Evaluate, engage with and identify incredible people who are passionate about our vision of making homebuying more affordable, accessible, and achievable.

Your Role Includes:
  • Crafting and publishing job postings that attract high-quality candidates.
  • Developing creative strategies to increase awareness for our roles.
  • Conducting phone screenings to determine which candidates should move to final interviews.
  • Managing and coordinating interview scheduling.
  • Maintaining clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Analyzing hiring and recruitment data and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Assisting with other HR-related duties as needed to support our People Services team.

We are currently hiring in the following states: AL, AZ, AR, FL, GA, ID, IA, KS, KY, MS, MN, MO, MT, OH, OK, SC, TX, UT, VA.
