Shift: 1st shift 7:30 am to 4 pm when on site flexible when working Hybrid. Job Summary:
Serves as the first point of contact for all Human Resources (HR) customers. Provides a high level of customer service in response to HR questions and provides administrative support for various HR functions.
EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:
A minimum of 3 years of Human Resources experience is highly preferred.
EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:Bachelor's degree is required. In lieu of degree 4 years of human resources experience may be accepted. If experience is substituted for degree, then High School Diploma or Equivalent is required. Human Resources or Health Care Administration Degree is preferred.
SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:
Knowledge of personal computers and working knowledge of MS Office programs such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Accurate keyboarding skills required. Ability to prioritize, organize, and pay close attention to detail. Proficient in operating general office equipment: multi-line phone, fax machine, scanner, and copier.
