HR Transformation Content Initiative Leader

Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). Must reside within 50 miles/1 hour commute from a CST/EST time zone Elevance Health location.

The HR Transformation Content Initiative Leader is responsible for analyzing, determining and driving opportunities to standardize, eliminate waste and improve end to end processes.

How you will make an impact:

  • Serves as a thought leader regarding improvements of end to end content processes enterprise wide, with integration points in key business areas, Operations, PE &C, PSCCR, Finance, Actuary and IT.
  • Leads transformation and content initiatives from assessment through implementation of solutions and ensures that business controls are put in place to monitor sustainability of process improvements.
  • Builds consensus across organizational functional areas, lead root cause analysis, uncover trends, contribute to solution definition and determine best practices both internally and externally.
  • Identifies and resolves tactical and strategic, high-priority organizational and business issues (SWAT team approach.).
  • Leads the development of new enterprise content processes, reporting, IT system changes and business practices.
  • Articulates to the Program Office, Operations Council and ELT initiative drivers, status and results.
  • Ensures alignment with other Enterprise initiatives.
  • Travels to worksite and other locations as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 8 years of professional experience in an operations environment including 7 years of leading and directing large enterprise wide projects; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to frequent change.
  • Content authority with experience establishing and leading content strategy, operations, and governance
  • Broad understanding of content management including content writing, user experience and analytics
  • Ability to align content strategy with HR strategy including style, format, tone and voice
  • Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills, ability to engage and communicate with diplomacy across HR teams
  • Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams through indirect leadership
  • Excellent data analytics capabilities, ability to leverage data to derive meaningful insights and inform recommendations for action
  • Ability to work effectively independently and with a team. Ability to manage a large volume of work and effectively balance competing priorities.
  • Solid project/program management and change management skills.
