Human Resources Coordinator

Our client is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Coordinator to join their dynamic team. This role is integral to the Early Careers team, focusing primarily on high volume and entry-level positions. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to Recruiters and hiring leaders, and engaging with both internal and external candidates to attract and hire top talent into the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify candidates for high volume positions and entry-level postings (internal and external)
- Screen and select qualified candidates for Hiring Leaders to interview
- Ensure a positive candidate experience while meeting quality, time, and satisfaction objectives
- Attract talent through resume mining and sourcing
- Contribute to various Talent Acquisition team projects
- Represent the team at new hire orientation and other company venues

Required Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of previous recruiting and/or sourcing experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team-oriented attitude and willingness to receive coaching
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet usage
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Strong prioritization skills and deadline-driven
- Detail-oriented and organized

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience using Workday Recruiting

This role may require representing the organization at career fairs and college campus recruiting events. The ideal candidate will be client-focused, flexible, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
