The Human Resources Manager is responsible for the design, implementation, and support of the Company's talent strategies and programs for the Operations and Supply Chain client groups. In partnership with the Operations and Supply Chain leadership they will enhance the effectiveness of people leaders and associate engagement.

This position reports to the Vice President Global Human Resources and is part of the Human Resources team located in Torrance, California and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Be part of a collaborative team making a difference in the development, engagement and effectiveness of the people and the Company
• Evaluate risks and provide advice for risk management procedures, processes, policies and practices
• Consult with leaders on all HR lifecycle processes including the talent management and organizational design challenges.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• BA in Human Resources or related field with 5+ years of HR experience.
• Experience in HR lifecycle processes and expertise such as compensation, recruiting, employee relations, organizational development, coaching and project management (ideal mix 2 or more areas)
• Working knowledge of California and Federal employment law including Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, FLSA, OSHA and Workers Compensation

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role

• Ability to travel - 10% within California
• Ability to occasionally lift, move or carry equipment up to 25lb,
• Wear personal protective gear (closed toe shoes, safety classes) when in lab areas.

The salary range for this role is $90,000 - $130,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
