RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a IAM Analyst in Northbrook, IL.Key Responsibilities:MFA & SSO Coordination:- Collaborate with the IAM project manager to manage the MFA and SSO workstreams
- Assist in identifying and coordinating dependencies with teams including IT, digital, corporate communications, and Service Desk
- Facilitate the migration of SSO from Oracle to Azure/Entra ID
- Actively participate in the Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) workstream alongside external consultants (EY)
- Represent the IAM team in meetings, ensuring proper input and representation of team during overlapping project discussions
- Serve as a key representative of the IAM team in cross-departmental meetings
- Ensure clear and consistent communication between IAM, IT, and other business units, and confidently contribute to discussions
- Provide day-to-day operational support for IAM activities and assist with escalations directed to the IAM Director
- Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues, ensuring seamless access management for users
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3-5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or a related field
- Hands-on experience with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions
- Experience in coordinating or participating in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) projects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the IAM team in meetings and discussions
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, digital, corporate communications, and external consultants
- Familiarity with Azure/Entra ID and Oracle SSO is a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
