Job Title: Infrastructure Business Integration Lead
Introduction to Role:
Join AstraZeneca, a global leader in the pharmaceutical industry, as our new Infrastructure Integration Lead. This role is pivotal in bridging the organizational teams and technologies between Infrastructure and other Business technologies across Manufacturing, OT & R&D LAB domains, and operating models, ensuring alignment with our business goals. You will be at the forefront of driving digital transformation across our IT, manufacturing, Labs and production environments.
Accountabilities:
As an Infrastructure Business Integration Lead, you will collaborate with solution and technical architects within the realms of IT (Information Technology) and OT (Operational Technology) & Labs. You will craft the company's strategic visions, product and value stream roadmaps, and spur technological innovations to build predictive solutions. You will engage with fellow professionals and business collaborators to offer architectural services, assistance, and educational efforts to enrich Astra Zeneca's Infrastructure Integration agenda. This role emphasizes both enterprise-wide and field-specific products to facilitate the integration of digital technologies.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- High School Diploma
- 10+ years of minimum experience
- Proven experience with diversified IT Infrastructure and OT experience required.
- Relevant experience leading IT and OT solutions
- Ability to communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders across different levels
- Experience in managing complex IT projects involving multiple vendors, systems, and platforms
- Knowledge of industry standard processes and frameworks for IT and OT governance, security, and compliance.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to work closely in a multi-functional team environment
Desirable Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other computer-related degree required.
- Togaf 9.0 certification desired.

The annual base pay (or hourly rate of compensation) for this position ranges from $140,498 to $210,746. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
