Inside Sales/Customer Care Specialist
Onsite: 100%
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
Pay: $25 - $28 per hour, based on qualifications and experience

Responsibilities:
- Inside sales and customer care support
- Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly, as well as follow directions
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills

Must haves:
- Familiarity with C-parts (fasteners and hardware) is a plus
- Experience dealing with global clients and sourcing is highly desirable
-Bachelor's degree preferred
