Join our team now at Siemens Healthineers as IT Business Partner Manager - DX Commercial Enablement: (Order to Cash &eCommerce)

  • Serving as the DX IT point of contact for Order to Cash and eCommerce business demands.
  • Collaborating with DX IT and DX IT Commercial teams to prioritize, track, and facilitate cross [1] functional efforts from demand submission through project execution to launch.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, interfacing with those who drive the Order to Cash process and eCommerce initiatives.
  • Managing IT-related relationships with business stakeholders and internal process (OTC and eCommerce) owners, while updating senior leadership and the Head, DX IT Commercial Enablement.
  • Developing technical proficiency in the architectural understanding of IT systems supporting commercial processes and the DX global sales process.
  • Supporting the end-to-end technical implementation for IT initiatives, including requirements gathering, to address key DX Commercial needs.
  • Thinking strategically with a forward-looking approach, aligning with the digital roadmap to simplify, streamline, and enhance the IT landscape by leveraging existing technologies.

  • You possess a deep understanding of the DX Commercial business (Lab Solutions and POC) and the application/tool landscape with a focus on the Order to Cash and/or eCommerce operations.
  • You bring broad expertise in project management, technical solutioning, and demand management to drive process improvement and deliver measurable results.
  • You excel in working cross-functionally and globally, building strong relationships with stakeholders to successfully deliver technical projects.
  • You possess practical experience in designing and implementing solutions to support digitalization, including analytics & automation. Unrestricted

  • You are adaptable and open to changes that enhance DX IT's role as a business enabler, with a focus on Commercial Enablement and leveraging technology to help our stakeholders drives sales. Required skills to have for the success of this role • You have extensive experience in stakeholder and project management, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
  • You are self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage your schedule independently, thriving in a remote work environment with minimal supervision.
  • You possess excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation), with a strong ability to translate complex IT concepts for business stakeholders, and vice versa.
  • You demonstrate strong professional judgment and problem-solving abilities, able to make decisions when they are needed.
  • You are able to work effectively in global, multi-cultural teams, and can navigate diverse working environments, across multiple time zones.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience within IT, Finance, Back Office or Commercial roles.
  • Willing to travel when necessary, up to 10%.

The pay range for this position is $130,000 - $150,000 U.S. dollars annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as where the work will be performed. The annual incentive target is 15% of base pay. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.
