Type: 3+ Months Contract to Hire

Contract - Only W2

Job Summary: This role reports to the Governance Director and supports the Information Technology and Cyber Security organizations in audit, compliance, and risk remediation. The individual collaborates with risk and audit teams, subject matter experts, and key technology partners to drive risk evaluation and remediation processes within the Technology and Cyber organization. Responsibilities include understanding findings, facilitating communication across teams, maintaining remediation strategies, and assisting with regulatory and compliance exams.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with risk and audit teams to complete risk evaluation and remediation processes.
• Build strong partnerships with technology partners, Risk, Cyber Security, and IT areas.
• Evaluate findings within the pipeline to prioritize resources effectively.
• Facilitate communication across teams to meet project requirements and deliverables.
• Create and maintain remediation strategies, tasks, and documentation.
• Assist with regulatory, audit, and compliance exams.
• Support governance and operational departments with policy and procedure updates.
• Track project plan deliverables and provide status updates to leadership.
• Schedule and facilitate meetings.
• May lead initiatives and projects.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain risks, issues, and IT concepts clearly.
• Proven ability to work with technology and business owners, ensuring clear communication.
• Familiarity with recognized frameworks.
• High performer with a positive problem-solving approach.
• 1-3 years of IT GRC, information security, and/or audit experience.
• Successful track record of project deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience using Archer or related systems.
• Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops or similar agile toolsets.
• Technical writing experience.
• Experience processing or analyzing data.
