Antea USA, Inc. (Antea®Group) is seeking to hire a Junior Salesforce System Administrator to support our Technology Solutions Operations Department.
As a Junior Salesforce Systems Administrator, you will play an integral role in optimizing and expanding our Salesforce platform, driving user adoption, enhancing reporting capabilities, and supporting business processes across departments. You'll collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver strategic solutions, ensuring Salesforce meets our evolving business needs.
This is a full-time, remote role with less than 5% travel required. The preferred candidate must be located in the continental US.
Key responsibilities
- Maintaining, customizing, and configuring Salesforce to meet the needs of the organization, including user management, security settings, data integrity, and system updates.
- Developing and managing custom objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, and automation to support business requirements. Utilize Salesforce's declarative tools, and work with development teams when necessary.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing ongoing training and support to users across departments.
- Overseeing data import/export processes, data hygiene, deduplication, and data quality control, ensuring accuracy and consistency in Salesforce records.
- Creating and managing reports and dashboards that provide valuable insights to various teams and enable data-driven decision-making.
- Developing and maintaining documentation on processes, workflows, and system configurations to ensure continuity and support team knowledge.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess and streamline processes within Salesforce, enhancing efficiency and aligning with business goals.
- Keeping up to date with Salesforce releases, best practices, and industry trends, ensuring the organization leverages new functionalities and features effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT/Cloud/Cybersecurity/Analytics/UX Design or a related field. Consideration will be given to appropriate experience in lieu of formal education.
- 0-2 years' experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role.
- Trailhead Rank: Minimum Ranger
- Salesforce Super badges, i.e., Platform App Builder, Admin, Flow
- Salesforce certifications, i.e. Admin, Business Analyst, AI specialist are a plus.
- Understanding of Salesforce capabilities, best practices, and data management principles.
- Ability to work independently and autonomously as well as in a team setting.
- Excellent documentation, organizational, and communication skills.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship, now or in the future.
- Potential employees must be able to satisfactorily complete a background check, pre-employment drug screening (as permitted by law), and baseline physical (safety-sensitive roles). They must also have a valid driver's license and good driving record.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS The annual salary range for this position is $50,000.00 - $60,000.00. Compensation will vary depending on the applicant's job-related knowledge and skills, education, and work experience.
