As a Lab Ops Associate you will foster dynamic relationships with scientists to better serve their needs and build relationships with strategic partners to continuously improve and optimize laboratory functions. Lab Ops Associate will own several developmental labs and will be responsible for oversight of instrumentation, lab space functions, and other tasks related to keeping the laboratory spaces safe and organized to support AS staff. May assist with special projects as assigned. Follows all applicable SOPs and procedures.
Skills: ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
OR
Associate's degree and 4 years of experience
OR
High school diploma / GED and 6 years of experience
