What You Will Do

As a Senior Lab Technician, you'll lead projects on specific product lines, utilizing standard and specialized testing methods. Collaborating closely with engineers and management, you'll tackle high-level assignments. You'll serve as a technical resource for resolving complex issues, guiding and supporting junior team members.

• Design fixtures to be used in accepted and specialized testing.
• Mentor and delegate tasks to junior lab technicians ensuring adherence to industry standards.
• Establish and document standardize testing procedures.
• Implement automation for efficient data collection and report generation.
• Enhance test platforms and integrate measurement tools into existing platforms.
• Coordinate test specifications and methods.
• Prepare systems for testing by overseeing modifications and setups.
• Independently conduct tests, analyze data, and document results for major projects.
• Participate in test data reviews.

What You Will Bring

• Required Degree: High School or GED equivalent.
• Preferred Degree: Mechanical Engineering Technology Associate Degree.
• Years of Experience: 5-7 years.
