Pay Range: $45 - $47/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • The Learning Media Designer is responsible for managing, processing, and fulfilling media requests for the ACS Learning & Development team and other departments.
  • This role involves creating various media types including videos (2D and 360), photographs, audio files, graphic designs, motion graphics, web designs, and 3D animations for training products and internal branding.
  • The designer will work closely with stakeholders and talent, such as clients Executive Leadership and ACS Agents, to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • This role is integral in ensuring high-quality training and branding media that supports the ACS Learning & Development program and clients internal communications.
  • Media Production & Collaboration:Fulfil 4 to 15 media requests simultaneously, which vary in scope, status, and type of deliverables.
  • Conduct discovery calls with stakeholders to review project challenges, goals, timelines, and existing plans, conceptualizing adjustments as necessary.
  • Collaborate with talent appearing in media, including clients Executive Leadership and ACS Agents, during the production process.
  • Manage the entire media production process, from pre-production, production, post-production, to distribution.
  • Pre-Production & Planning:Review and collect existing assets, create or modify scripts, shot lists, and storyboards.
  • Prepare and schedule shoot dates with talent and location managers.
  • Ensure all necessary equipment is prepared and ready for production.
  • Production:Film and photograph at various clients locations, including Hartsfield Jackson Airport and other airports such as Seattle, Nashville, and LAX.
  • Operate and manage media equipment including mirrorless cameras, 360 cameras, microphones, lighting, and teleprompters.
  • Conduct standalone audio recordings both on location and in audio booths.
  • Use specialized software for other digital media production needs.
  • Post-Production:Edit, process, and colour grade raw video and photo files.
  • Produce graphics, motion graphics, and audio using Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Illustrator, Photoshop) and other software like Blender and DaVinci Resolve.
  • Review deliverables with stakeholders, process change requests, and finalize media.
  • Distribute media through platforms such as (SharePoint) and Elevate (NoVo Ed).
  • Equipment Management:Maintain and manage media production equipment, including cameras, lighting setups, microphones, teleprompters, backdrops, and more.
  • Reporting & Presentation:Track and report on media requests throughout the production process to management.
  • Present ongoing and completed media projects to the team.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to the defined process for efficient media operations.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • Skills-3+ years of experience in media production, graphic design, and post-production work ,Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Illustrator, Photoshop),Familiarity with Blender and DaVinci Resolve is a plus and experience with various media equipment including mirrorless cameras, lighting kits, audio equipment, and teleprompters.
  • Bachelor's degree in Media Design, Graphic Design, Film Production, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in media production, graphic design, and post-production work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Familiarity with Blender and DaVinci Resolve is a plus.
  • Experience with various media equipment including mirrorless cameras, lighting kits, audio equipment, and teleprompters.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple media requests simultaneously.
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders and talent.
  • Excellent communication skills for discovery calls and project presentations.
  • Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
  • Ability to conceptualize, plan, and execute media production projects.
  • Proficient in using media distribution platforms like SharePoint and NoVo Ed.
  • This position involves a mix of on-site filming at various locations and remote work for post-production tasks.
  • Ability to travel to different locations as needed for media production.
