Performs post origination activities for lease transactions. Responsible for task prioritization, post origination maintenance activities, securing and releasing collateral and reconciliation of general ledger accounts and pool purchases. Works in a team environment and collaborates with asset management, credit, tax, sales, lease accounting, lease partners and closing to ensure that post lease origination commitments are fulfilled. Provides periodic status to Leasing Delivery Services (LDS) leadership, relationship managers and account managers.

**Hybrid- in office 2 days per week (Minneapolis, Mn.)
* If they will be supporting a project, please provide brief description (otherwise, will rely on Job Description/Responsibilities): Getting lease deals into the operating system - Documents have been signed and this team is responsible for boarding this. This will include inputting payment vouchers and validating contracts.

* Type of background you are looking for (education, # yrs experience, etc.): Finance or lending background. They have had success with folks from the mortgage processing world. If they have experience with leasing or equipment financing this is fine. Bachelor degree NOT required.

o Being able to pick up on operating systems quickly.
o Data Entry
o Attention to detail
o Validating contracts
o Service Now experience would be a HUGE plus
o Should be familiar with MS Office

Description

Performs post origination activities for lease transactions. Responsible for task prioritization, post origination maintenance activities, securing and releasing collateral and reconciliation of general ledger accounts and pool purchases. Works in a team environment and collaborates with asset management, credit, tax, sales, lease accounting, lease partners and closing to ensure that post lease origination commitments are fulfilled. Provides periodic status to Leasing Delivery Services (LDS) leadership, relationship managers and account managers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The essential functions include, but are not limited to:

1. Facilitates contract maintenance in post origination system, LeaseWave. Reviews documentation to meet timelines and comply with corporate guidelines, policies and underwriting standards. Collaborates with sales, asset management, credit, tax and closing. Conducts contract maintenance to meet timelines and comply with corporate guidelines, policies and underwriting standards.

2. Manages maintenance of shared portfolio items and partner notes in post origination system for FCL's leasing partners/customers.

3. Performs reconciliation activities for both general ledger accounts and pool purchases. Ensure reconciliations are completely times and all items are resolved and comply with corporate guidelines and policies.

4. Serves as first escalation point and acts as a liaison between FCL and Lease Accounting and provides guidance on accounting and reconciliation items.

5. Performs tasks associated with securing and releasing collateral such as filing UCC amendments, continuations, filing documents in land records such as mortgages, warranty deeds LLMW etc.

6. Performs tasks associated with end of lease process. Prepares ownership transfer documents, updates post origination system and obtains necessary documentation from lessee to complete disposition or renewal process.

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Cross-trains in order to assist and back-up other associates. Proficient with all team processes and servicing relationships and in the absence of the supervisor serves as a point of escalation for process and procedure questions.

2. Works closely with Relationship Managers, Account Managers, Customers and Lease Partners to provide superior customer service.

3. Performs other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:
1. High School diploma.
2. Two to Five years of experience, preferably in the leasing industry; or appropriate combination of education and experience.

Other Qualifications:
1. Associate's or bachelor's degree in finance, business administration or relevant discipline preferred.
2. Basic knowledge of the Farm Credit System preferred.
3. Basic knowledge of the leasing industry, leasing documentation, tax and closing requirements
4. Working knowledge of office software applications, Tvalue, CRM, and Rapport
5. Ability to accommodate varying work and scheduling requirements in order to meet deadlines
6. Ability to solve problems, and identify when to escalate issues.
7. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
8. Strong organizational and time management skills.
9. Excellent detail and customer service orientation.
10. Ability to interact with and engage others appropriately at all levels in the organization.
11. Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
12. Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word and Excel)
