An established litigation firm in Carlsbad is seeking an experienced Litigation Secretary to join their dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation and interests in HOA, construction defect, and/or Common Interest law. Key Litigation Secretary Responsibilities:
- Managing calendaring and court deadlines efficiently.
- Preparing and formatting legal documents accurately and timely.
- Supporting attorneys with administrative tasks, working closely with paralegals.
- Handling day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations between practice groups.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a litigation secretary.
- Proficient in legal document preparation and court procedures.
- Strong civil litigation background, with a preference for experience in HOA Common Interest Development or Construction Defect matters.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to catch on quickly.
