As a Logistics Engineer, you will collaborate with the team and maintaining and improving processes and systems and the manufacturing of the products produced in the facility. Further you will analyze and recommend current and future systems procedures and equipment needs based on manufacturing requirements.

Specifically in this role you can expect to:
- Use SAP to drive inventory accuracy and on-time line side delivery.
- Create and maintain Standard work, lifting plans, PFMEAs, and SFMEAs.
- Support facility logistics projects and initiative through frequent collaboration with the Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.
- Develop kitting and delivery process in various situations.
- Engineering changes through NPI cycles and running CPI changes.
- Maximize line side space and create ideal setup for assembly ease.
- Trouble shoot MPUs and improve on current processes.
- Develop and implement creative solutions for varying demands.
- Automated delivery implementation
Top candidates will also bring: - A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with manufacturing related internships/co-ops OR at least 5 years' experience in production management, planning, or packaging.
- Experience with SAP such as control cycle maintenance and creation.
- Project management skills such as value stream mapping, process design, new product or product line introduction.
- Experience in automation, programming, and tooling for production.
- Ability to work with and even lead a large cross functional team.
