Position Purpose:Installs, services and repairs furnaces, boilers (steam and hot water) and their controls in College facilities. Troubleshoots low pressure boilers, incinerators, and multi-stage boilers. Adheres to annual cleaning and service schedules. Maintains records of furnaces cleaned to the best of ability. Troubleshoots and repairs LP gas appliances and commercial cooking equipment.
Required Qualifications - Education and Yrs Exp:High School plus 5+ years' experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
