Description:
We are currently seeking an LPN/LVN for our client in Peabody, MA. In this role, you will be carrying out typical LPN duties such as providing patient care, monitoring vital signs, keeping patient records, and educating patients and their families.
Summary:
Type: Ongoing W2 contract
Title: LPN
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Hours: 11pm-7am
Rate: Competitive and based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Adhere to guidelines in the State Nurse Practice Act and established best practices.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient conditions and adjust care to ensure safety and comfort.
- Maintain infection control protocols.
- Document thoroughly in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to develop holistic care plans.
- Thoroughly explain conditions, care plans, and medications to residents and family members
Requirements:
- Active LPN License in MA
- Valid CPR Certification
