Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Mailroom Clerk II:
 

  • Work within a busy office environment, handling a variety of mailroom tasks

  • Lift and transport packages, trays, and tubs of mail up to 50 pounds

  • Spend a significant part of the day standing and moving around

  • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and flexibility in dealing with team members and co-workers

Required Skills for Mailroom Clerk II:
 

  • Proven experience as a Mailroom Clerk

  • Ability to work well within a team and demonstrate punctuality

  • Familiarity with technologies such as bar code scanning and HP Anywhere

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and discretion when dealing with employees and co-workers

  • Physical ability to lift heavy items, bend, stoop, and kneel frequently
