Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform repair and maintenance work using power and hand tools
- Service equipment with oiling, greasing, and coolants as required
- Operate forklift and basic loading/unloading equipment
- Handle machine chips and hazardous materials
- Perform some custodial duties as needed
- Physical ability to bend, squat, stand for extended periods, push, reach, and lift
- Commitment to quality service
- High level of initiative, effort, and commitment to completing tasks
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Responsible behavior and attention to detail
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays
- Fluency in reading, working, and following instructions in English
- Valid Class C California Driver's License with good safety record (annual DMV record required)
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- Four years of general maintenance and repair experience (CNC lathe and mills experience considered)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Good communication skills
- Strong numerical and reasoning abilities
- Task organization and teamwork skills
MIN: $23 to $30
