Job Summary: Weekend Maintenance/tool attendant (D-shift Fri, Sat Sun 5pm - 5am). Role is being created to support operations in recovery and repair of the Autocells (robots and CNC machines) as well as keep up with building and qualify tools.

Qualifications:

• Ability to understand and follow operating procedures and best practices.
• High level of interpersonal and communication skills, able to participate in a team environment.
• Knowledge of various automatic control systems, processes, and methodologies in a manufacturing environment; ability to design, implement and maintain automatic production systems/processes to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Experience in a CNC machining environment.
• Ability to safely work on and diagnose electrical issues (110-480v)
• Knowledge and ability to identify replacement parts.
• Knowledge and experience with Fanuc robots and controls
• Knowledge of troubleshooting approaches, tools and techniques; ability to anticipate, recognize and resolve technical (mechanical, electrical, systems or operational) problems in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of CNC controls and operation.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow schematics.
• Strong desire to learn and work in a team environment.
• Maintain fresh tooling in the automated central tool system (CTS)
• Build required tooling for the Auto Cell department as required to maintain production.
• Identify opportunities to improve and track tool life.
• Set up and operate all related equipment and hand tools as necessary.
• Modify consumable tooling as required.
• Maintain proper inventory and reorder points for tooling.
