Job Description:

The Manager of Conflicts and Client Acceptance partners with the Director of Conflicts, Firm Risk and leaders across Baker Tilly to effectively manage, document and seek to improve the client acceptance process. The Manager partners with Salesforce administrators and Growth Strategies to serve as a subject matter expert for Firm Risk related to Intapp. This role evaluates, prioritizes and provides recommendations for future client acceptance system and process enhancements. The Manager may also participate in merger due diligence and must maintain confidentiality at all times.

  • Manage approval rule and workflow updates in Intapp due to team name changes, project type changes, leadership departures and role changes. Properly document changes for future quality assurance reviews.
  • Proactively identify and resolve Intapp errors.
  • Update training materials and manage onboarding of new team members, including acquisitions.
  • Partner with Salesforce administrators to manage the Salesforce-Intapp relationship, including migration to Workday.
  • Maintain confidentiality in relation to mergers and acquisitions, confidential clients and NDA client work
  • Support strategic planning of future state client acceptance
  • Evaluate and prioritize client acceptance enhancements and process improvements

Qualifications:
  • Business savvy and a strategic thinker, but also fluid in identifying risk and weighing risk vs business rewards.
  • Proven ability to identify risks in data flow and data integrity and provide possible solutions.
  • Experience working in a top-tier professional services firm, ideally within a risk management, contracts, legal or compliance function.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5-7 years of applicable experience required; 8-10 years preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detailExceptional verbal and written communication, collaboration, and time management skills
