On the Driver Experience team, we're focused on creating an intuitive gig-driver experience that just works. One that is built through the lens of agent success which fosters trust and transparency, nurtures driver retention, and enables a differentiated support experience - empowering us to become a low-cost delivery partner and platform of choice for gig-drivers everywhere.

The Driver Experience team views optimizable contact rate as a defect and is focused on reduction of contact rate as our primary OKR. We do so by holistically analyzing the experience across every phase of the driver journey and collaborating with product and engineering to enhance existing platform experiences, reduce high-friction pain points, and eliminating working as designed defects.

In a lot of ways, we function like a startup, meaning you'll leverage cross functional leadership, a collaborative mindset (understanding the impact your suggestions have on other teams' goals and OKRs), and a full range of product thinking and customer experience/operational strategist skills across all organizations.

Where you'll help:

As a member of the Driver Support Success team, you'll lead the business strategy for continuous improvement in driver experience on the Spark Driver Platform. You will play a vital role in identifying opportunities to improve satisfaction, reduce driver contacts, and to set drivers up for success. Using your strategic vision, program management, and analytical skills, you will partner with Product and Operations stakeholders to define a multi-year roadmap to improve driver experience and reduce driver contacts.

Your role will be to ensure the quality, accuracy, and effectiveness of deliverables; helping define KPIs that support the operational goals of Last Mile Delivery and Driver Experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Tracking: Oversee and report on the progress of Driver Experience projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule and align with set objectives.

  • Process Improvement: Evaluate and enhance project management and workflow processes to boost the team's efficiency and output quality.

  • Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Foster effective communication channels with project stakeholders and senior leadership, providing regular updates on project status, challenges, and achievements.

  • Performance Metrics: Establish, monitor, and analyze performance metrics to gauge project success and pinpoint areas for refinement.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
