Job Description Summary
The Manager, Talent Management will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating talent strategies that align with the strategic goals of the assigned business unit. This role operates in close partnership with the People Partnering organization to ensure delivery of annual talent planning processes and bespoke solutions as required. The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent development, strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to align business outcomes to talent programs.
Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement talent management programs that include talent assessment, performance management, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
  • Work closely with leadership of assigned area to develop succession plans and ensure a robust talent pipeline for critical roles.
  • Conduct talent assessments and facilitate development discussions to identify and address skill gaps.
  • Lead the talent review process and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to create personalized development plans and career paths for employees.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of talent management initiatives, leveraging HR analytics to inform decision-making.
  • Manage cross-functional projects related to talent management and organizational development.
Desired Skills, Experiences and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and/or certification in talent management processes.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent management or a related HR function, with a proven track record of facilitating results through people.
  • Strong understanding of talent management theories, practices, and tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends to drive strategic talent decisions.
  • Experience with HRIS and talent management systems; Workday experience preferred.
