As a Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the College of Business's marketing efforts, both online and offline. Your responsibilities will include:

* Assisting with the development and execution of compelling marketing campaigns
* Managing projects and coordinating events originating from the Dean's office
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless marketing initiatives
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring adherence to marketing guidelines
* Participating in the planning and implementation of digital marketing strategies

To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

* High school diploma or the equivalent combination of education and experience; Associates Degree in Marketing or Website Building preferred
* One to three years related work experience; two-three years in marketing, website and social media content management, events planning and/or customer service preferred
* SEO web content knowledge
* Industry measurements of social media platforms
* Photoshop
* Audacity
* Drupal
* Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel)

This position is a Grade: 7 - 37.5, offering an approximate salary of $36,090-$43,330. The duties of the position do not allow for a remote work option; the employee in this position will be required to work on campus where they can be fully accessible to the Lehigh community. This position works with minors. Occasional weekend/evening hours and occasional travel.
