We are seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and proactive Marketing Specialist to support our marketing initiatives. In this role, you will coordinate project activities, manage timelines, and foster the successful execution of marketing campaigns, programs and tactics. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for marketing, organization, collaboration, and who has a keen attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
•Project Assistance:
o Assist in the planning and execution of marketing projects and campaigns.
o Help maintain project timelines, track milestones, and monitor deadlines.
o Participate in project meetings, taking notes and preparing follow-up action items.
•Administrative Support:
o Manage project files and documents, ensuring proper organization and accessibility.
o Coordinate communication between internal teams and external partners.
o Oversee the inventory and distribution of tradeshow event materials. Note that this will require some lifting of items,
generally less than 25 pounds.
o Assist in tracking budgets, processing invoices, and maintaining expense records.
•Campaign Support:
o Support marketing campaigns and product launches; digital, print (including technical documentation), customer
collateral, etc.
oCollect and organize performance data for reporting purposes.
o Assist with basic content updates on websites or email marketing platforms.
•Team Collaboration:
o Act as a liaison between the marketing team and numerous company departments to align on objectives and
deliverables.
o Communicate project updates and outcomes to stakeholders.
o Support team members to ensure project goals are met.
•Tools and Technology:
o Use project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) to organize and manage tasks.
o Assist with the use of marketing software, such as CRM platforms, email marketing tools, and analytics software.
•Other duties as assigned and not limited to just the above.

Key Requirements
•Strong organizational and time-management skills.
•Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
•Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Adobe Creative Suite
•Eagerness to learn project management tools and marketing software.
•Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
•Attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy.
•A positive attitude, desire for personal growth, and alignment with the company's culture.
•Experience with WordPress preferred though not required.
