Outpatient Clinic: Locations in Braintree, Marshfield, and Quincy provide diagnostic evaluations, psychological and neuropsychological testing, psychopharmacology, and individual, group, and family therapy for children, teens, and adults dealing with depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, and substance abuse. $4,000 sign on bonus!

Discovery Day Treatment: A group therapy setting for adults facing substance abuse and chronic mental health challenges. Serves as a bridge from hospitalization, offering daily structure and support, where clients actively participate in their treatment plans. $8,000 sign on bonus!

Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS): Support adults with chronic mental health challenges referred to by the Department of Mental Health. Clinicians develop assessments, risk/safety plans, and treatment plans while collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver comprehensive recovery-based services. $8,000 sign on bonus!

In Home Therapy (IHT): If you thrive on the move, this role is for you! Support MassHealth clients aged 21 and under at risk of hospitalization or transitioning from acute care, providing vital support in their own homes. $4,000 sign on bonus!

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 depending on licensure and experience.

Required Experience

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology or related field.
• Prior experience working in the mental health field, preferred
