About the Role
Kitsap Credit Union is hiring a full-time hourly Member Associate to work in-person out of our Harborside location in Bremerton, WA. This position is responsible for assisting members with financial transactions and new accounts as well as offering and demonstrating all-digital, remote, and self-serve options.

Salary Range: $19.61 - $24.00 /hr depending on experience
Bonus Target: 5% potential incentive of base pay
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9AM - 5PM

What you will do
- Assist members with their financial needs, new accounts, and transactions. Identify, develop, and close business relationships to build market position
- Educate and introduce current and new members to new products and services, self-service, and assisted self-serve options
- Understand and recommend products and services based on the member's need
- Use effective sales techniques that result in a positive member experience and meet or exceed sales goals
- Complete all documentation and forms accurately and efficiently according to policies, procedures, and regulations

Basic Qualifications - High school diploma or GED required
- Cash handling, customer service and/or retail sales experience
- Must be able to work Saturdays and extended business hours
- Must be registered with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) within 30 days of assuming level III of the Member Associate role and comply with the SAFE Act regulations
