Description: Our client is currently seeking a Network Configuration Analyst III
Job Code: P3 - Network Configuration Analyst III Work Location: COS-83 - Colorado Springs, CO NEED ACTIVE SECRET TO START WITHResponsibilities: - Candidate will be a primary Network Configuration Analyst supporting the C2BMC Program.
- Candidate will be responsible for executing configuration management utilizing tools such as Gitlab. Assuring proper documentation, training, and reporting is provided.
- Candidate will be responsible for executing data management utilizing existing program tools to include documentation, training and reporting.
- Candidate will be responsible for facilitating relevant meetings and review boards.
- Candidate must assist with release management when required.
Basic Qualifications: - The position requires a Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Master\'\'s degree.
- The position requires a government security clearance at start (DoD Secret - minimum, Top Secret - desired); you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
- The position is based at a LM facility in Colorado Springs, CO in the long-term, however, this role must be able to travel to alternate work locations local to Colorado.
- Must be an effective communicator with excellent writing and presentation skills using Microsoft Office products, especially PowerPoint and Visio.
- Experience as a Configuration Analyst with focus on managing configurations, document development, data analytics and other data management functions.
- Experience with the following, or similar, COTS products - Jira, Confluence, GitLab, or Nexus.
- Experience with maintaining the Hardware Configuration Management Plan, maintain configuration item(s), change control, status accounting and audit verification.
- Detail oriented and have the ability to follow processes.
- Experience with managing large data repositories of documents and folder structure.
- Experience with tracking the progress of program documentation and release documents that follow program requirements.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Data Analytics.
- Establishing and following CM/DM processes throughout project life cycles to maintain consistent configuration control, developing, operating, and maintaining CM database and other process management tools.
- Experience with CMMI Configuration Management Processes.
- Experience with supporting the formal delivery of Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) consisting of scheduling, reviewing, and delivering to customer.
- Experience and familiarity with Network communication and IA-related equipment and data flows
- Experience in a DoD environment
- Prior C2BMC experience
