Aspire Health Alliance is seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Manager to lead our Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC). This position offers a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive and evidence-based treatment for mental health and substance use disorders. The Nurse Manager will ensure adherence to the CBHC service delivery model, promoting access to integrated client-centered care grounded in evidence-based practice. The role encompasses direct oversight of nursing care across various service components, including Outpatient CORE services such as Psychiatry, Adult CCS, AMCI, and YMCI. The Nurse Manager will also facilitate care integration across the continuum of care and provide direct client care within CORE outpatient services as needed. As a member of the Nursing Leadership Team, the Nurse Manager will contribute to the organizational leadership and uphold the values of Aspire Health Alliance. Required Skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize and manage work efficiently.
  • Proficient organizational skills to maintain smooth operations within the CBHC.
  • Familiarity with Recovery-oriented treatment approaches for severe mental illness.
  • Bilingual skills are highly valued, as is experience working with multicultural populations.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to clinical guidelines.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Competence in using electronic health records and healthcare IT systems.

Required Experience
  • At least one year of experience in an acute mental health and/or dual diagnosis setting.
  • Preferably one year of experience working in an acute medical setting.
  • One year of nursing supervision and/or management experience, ideally with clients with severe mental illness (SMI).
  • Graduate of an accredited Nursing program, holding a Diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
  • Current Massachusetts RN License in good standing.
  • First Aid and CPR certification is mandatory.
