Description: Our client is currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner - Fort Worth
to be onsite at a manufacturing facility to cover any minor injuries or illnesses that occur to the staff.

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• perform emergency and surveillance medical evaluations, medical case management of workers' compensation cases, personal illness/injury return to work and accommodation request
• promote wellness through formal health promotion programs
• provide administration of company policies for workers compensation and disability
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• provide occupational medicine service
• Workers' Compensation (WC) case management
• on-site emergency care
• offer forklift physicals, respirator physicals, audiometric surveillance vision screenings
• complete substance abuse testing

Education and Experience:

• 5 Years of relevant experience
• preferred experience with Enterprise Health EMR documentation
• NP/PA-Master's Degree, certification, and state licensure
• RN-Bachelor's Degree and state licensure
