Responsibilities

  • Maintain the highest standards of corporate governance, ensuring compliance with Company's policies, laws, regulations, and industry practices
  • Place Quality, Health & Safety, Security, and Environmental protection as core values
  • Seek continual improvement in Health, Safety, Security & Environmental protection
  • Participate in daily operations, safety meetings, job planning, and job execution
  • Monitor and analyze data to recommend services and solutions
  • Perform work processes according to role level, experience & competence
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients
  • Deliver superior Service Quality to the client
  • Manage inventory and supplies required at the well site
  • Contribute to equipment failure investigations and Root Cause Analysis reports
  • Oversee, lead and mentor Field Operation crew members (for senior roles)
  • Act as technical advisors to management and interpret data for client representatives (for senior roles)
  • Perform engineering checks while on client location
  • Manage the installation of complex equipment and/or services in the field (for senior roles)
Requirements
  • 1 - 2 ½ years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry
  • High School Diploma
  • Fundamentals of Mechanics, Electricity, Electronics, Pneumatics, and/or Hydraulics
  • Mathematics
  • Basic Physics and Chemistry
  • Computer fundamentals
  • Critical thinking, active learning & listening, complex problem solving
  • Good reading and writing skills, strong judgment, and decision-making
  • Time management
  • Quality Control Analysis
  • Service Orientation
  • Physically capable to undertake the tasks required
  • Information & task ordering & ability to identify and understand solutions
  • Ability to react effectively and efficiently in operating tools and machinery
  • Ability to imagine how tools and products will look when preparing for assembly, repair, or modifications
  • Mathematical Reasoning
Preferences
  • Technical Certificate from accredited Technical/Vocational School
