Job Description

As a Process and Data Analyst, you will manage data on a daily basis, including gathering, summarizing, and analyzing data necessary for process improvement and the development and implementation of best practices. You will identify and communicate any data-related issues or recommendations to the team for quick resolution. Upholding the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety is essential.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of analytical experience or equivalent.
• Creative and open to new approaches for tasks.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams to achieve desired results.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in multitasking with a high level of initiative.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PivotTables, Macros, Charts, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of financial statements.
• Familiarity with data and financial information retrieval programs.
• Ability to explore new areas to diagnose opportunities for company-wide improvements.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to influence associates effectively to achieve objectives.
• Knowledge of in-store activities, including observations, performance measurements, and summarizing observations.

Desired Previous Experience/Education:

• Associate degree in a related field or relevant experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of R or Python.
• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Familiarity with Oracle, Business Objects, Essbase, Power BI, Power Automate, MDX, and information retrieval programs.
• Knowledge of Lean Tools and Methodology.
• Understanding of Store Operations.
• Experience in financial, data, and statistical analysis.
