Volt is hiring for an Operations Coordinator in Glendale, CA.

As an Operations Coordinator you will:

• Manage key milestone calendar, ensuring requirements are met to support the delivery of our merchandise strategy, and on time assortment upload for launch dates

• Analyze sales to understand opportunities by franchise/category to drive productivity and efficiencies of SKUs

• Partner with Buying, Merchandise Planning and Sourcing teams to support assortment and strategy

• Build and maintain quarterly assortment plans

• Monitor and action on Seller Support issues, customer feedback/comments and returns

• Participate in weekly cross functional meetings to drive the business forward

This is a full-time 12-month hybrid contract opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have approximately 3 years of experience in:

• Managing day to day within Amazon Seller Central, including:

o Item upload

o Catalogue refinement

o Item maintenance

o Troubleshooting stranded inventory

o Shipping process

o Pricing

Preferred Qualifications Familiar with Amazon seller central

Must Haves: Excellent verbal-written communication skills, Digital applications experience understanding System UI's and able to pick up easy. Proficient with Excel, Merchandise/product experience, Disney product-brand knowledge. Timeliness - make sure the process is in action - ask questions and make others aware of where you are in the process, excellent Organizational and Prioritization skills, build relationship-cross functional with other lines of business, good networking skills, problem solver and able to forecast.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Product item maintenance on Amazon platform

2) Utilize and navigate data in Excel - ability to create formulas

3) Compile data and gather the info to enter in Amazon platform

Worker must be detail oriented and have the ability to follow day to day instructions.

Pay Rate: $31.11/hr
