Cost Accountant-Food/Beverage Manufacturing

Position Summary:

Join our rapidly growing organization as a Cost Accountant. This role is pivotal in overseeing product costing, inventory management, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and review standard costs for manufactured items.

- Analyze bill of materials (BOM) and recommend updates to standard costs.

- Conduct pricing, cost, and gross margin analysis.

- Manage fixed asset records and enhancements.

- Ensure accurate month-end closing tasks and balance sheet reconciliations.

- Support process improvements and system upgrades.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

- Minimum 5 years' accounting experience in manufacturing.

- Proficiency in MRP/ERP/GL systems; SAP experience preferred.

- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups, formulas).

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

-Food/Beverage Manufacturing highly preferred.

Location: Onsite

Salary: $80-$105k annually.
