Duties:
Tasks include but are not limited to:
A. Equipment setup, and upkeep of saws and associated equipment.
B. Operate and troubleshoot, Saw control consoles.
C. Operate and troubleshoot, crosscut, take critical measurements and maintain the use of mold release.
D. Communicate product attributes to process operator for correction.
E. Verify accuracy of productivity and counts. (Finished goods and scrap)
F. Attend various meetings to provide input on processing problems and changes to process and equipment.
G. Insure quality and proper facer makings.
H. Housekeeping of Plant inside and out.
I. Assist in training of new team members.
J. Fill in other areas of the plant as required
Production of Poly-ISO Insulation to published specifications. Tasks include operation of saws and packaging equipment. Knowledge of processing specifications, operation of production equipment, calculation of output square feet, sheet length, and linear feet. Other skills include the ability to read tape measures. Operation of forklifts.
