Baer is looking for an Oracle CDM Patient Account Solution Architect for a 6-month Federal remote project.

Title: Oracle CDM Patient Account Solution Architect
Location: Remote (Must be based in US)
Duration: 6 months
Rate: All-inclusive

Description:

• Participate in the development and implementation of innovative solutions aimed at optimizing revenue cycle processes, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing revenue recovery across client enterprises.
• Provide expert input into patient accounting business operations, ensuring alignment with the design of new capabilities and the optimization of existing workflows.
• Conduct technical and business-related research to support the design and processes for changes to the patient accounting applications as part of the MHS project. This includes understanding industry trends and incorporating best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design integrated clinical and revenue cycle workflows, ensuring that clinically-driven revenue cycle management is fully supported.
• Support the creation of engineering presentations for patient accounting and lead discussions with customers to address their specific needs, challenges, and objectives.
• Assist in testing activities and review design documents, ensuring solutions meet customer requirements and industry standards.
• Contribute to the development and review of patient accounting training content, ensuring that it is accurate, relevant, and up-to-date.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, manage the product roadmap, and ensure that product delivery is on time and within budget.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels to define technical and business priorities, ensuring that solutions meet customer needs and comply with government regulations.
• Communicate findings related to contracts and vendor management process improvements, and deliver recommendations for process enhancements to program leadership and the government.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of Health EMR App (Cerner) experience.
• 7+ years of Stakeholder Engagement experience.
• 7+ years of Oracle Customer Data Management (CDM) experience.
• Deep Oracle Health (Cerner) patient accounting application experience, with a strong focus on Oracle Customer Data Management (CDM).
• Previous experience with patient accounting, including CDM maintenance, Suspended Charges, Denials Management, and Edit Failure resolution.
• Proven expertise in workflow design and process optimization.
• Extensive experience facilitating design sessions and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Previous experience with RevSpring, SSI, and Alpha II tools is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree
