Baer is looking for Oracle HCM Cloud Integration Developer for a 3-month Federal remote project.

Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Integration Developer
Location: Remote (Must be based in US)
Duration: 3 months
Rate: All-inclusive
Alignment: W2 or C2C (Vendors Not Permitted)

Description:

• Design, develop, and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to ensure seamless data flow between internal and external systems.
• Develop and manage HCM extracts, Analytics Publisher reports, and data conversions to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable and maintainable Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
• Provide technical support for Oracle HCM Cloud applications, troubleshooting issues and resolving them in a timely manner.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of extensions to Oracle HCM Cloud to accommodate custom business processes.
• Ensure system performance, availability, scalability, and security in the cloud environment by leveraging Oracle Cloud Infrastructure best practices.
• Participate in full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects and post-go-live support, ensuring continuous improvement of processes.
• Contribute to integration architecture designs and provide guidance on best practices for Oracle HCM Cloud development.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS) experience
• 7+ years of Oracle Cloud Application Development experience
• 7+ years of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architecture experience
• 3+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
• 3+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Application Development, including Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HCM extracts, and Oracle Analytics Publisher.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and its architecture.
• Proven ability to design and develop efficient and scalable integration solutions in Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot integration and cloud infrastructure issues effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
