Our client who is a global leader in professional information, software solutions, and services is currently seeking an onsite Order Processing Rep.

Contract: 1 year contract with potential for conversion
Pay: $23.33 an hour (Will convert to $20 an hour once offered Full-time)
Location: Glendale CA

Responsibilities:

• Assist internal and external customers as well as vendors with order fulfillment and resolution of issues.
• Explain and demonstrate WKLS service offerings, procedures, processes, methodologies, delivery options, and jurisdictional requirements to customers, team members, and vendors.
• Develop strong relationships with internal/external customers, vendors, and jurisdictional agencies.
• Perform searches, document retrieval, preparation, execution, filings, and recordings across all jurisdictional levels.
• Make informed and timely decisions to meet client expectations and requirements.
• Recommend improvements for customer satisfaction, retention, efficiency, revenue growth, cost savings, and financial results.
• Challenge existing procedures and processes to enhance service delivery, making recommendations for efficiency improvements and increasing customer and employee satisfaction.
• Provide training to customers, team members, and vendors on products, jurisdictional requirements, and company databases using a consultative approach.
