An Order Support Agent is responsible for the resolving of customer escalations via phone, emails, and/or forms related to install and delivery services to include but not limited to; product/property damage, system issues, product availability, reschedules, and status updates. You'll work daily with retail stores, field support and external customers. You'll need to demonstrate effective relationship-building skills, polished communication and a commitment to improving customer experiences.</span></span></span></span></span><br><span
